Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Undergarments
  • Clearance / sale items
  • Digital products (if any)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email
  2. Share your order number + reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange pickup or guide you further

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credit (if preferred)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer OR
    • Store credit

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or defective items
  • Subject to stock availability

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof.
We will offer replacement or full refund.


8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake → Free return
  • If customer changes mind → delivery charges may apply

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still not received, contact us
