Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care & hygiene products
- Undergarments
- Clearance / sale items
- Digital products (if any)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email
- Share your order number + reason for return
- Our team will arrange pickup or guide you further
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund will be issued via:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (if preferred)
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:
- Bank transfer OR
- Store credit
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or defective items
- Subject to stock availability
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof.
We will offer replacement or full refund.
8. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake → Free return
- If customer changes mind → delivery charges may apply
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
